Google Domain Names?
Why can't I search for free internet domain names using Google? I use it for every other type of search on the web. When I think to myself, "Hmmm, I'm going to check to see if a domain is free" I immediately click on my Google bookmark, then have to stop the page and find the link to a registrar. I prefer Register.com because I like their UI. They're expensive... but that's good. It keeps me from buying a ton more domains that I don't need. Everything I want to do goes under Manywhere from now on. That's the rule (though I keep breaking it).
Anyways, Google needs to add domain name searches to their functionality along with some "Google Search Goodness: whatever that would mean - like intelligently finding similar domains or upcoming free domains or something.
