Pushback Redux
Dave Winer responded to my thoughts on his "Monsters" post yesterday, both in the comments of my orginal post and on his weblog, (though not by name... he dropped me a quick note and told me he was thinking of me - among others - when he wrote it).
I'm not sure what to think just yet. It's definitely an attempt to both justify and gain sympathy. I'm going to mull over my reaction for a bit. Not that I buy what he's saying, but the question is "why does it affect me to the point that I need to write about it here." That's the real question and I need to think it over for a bit.
