What a week. Actually, a little more than a week. My parents arrived last Thursday and were here until Sunday, then sadly Ana's Aunt died the next day (non unexpected, but still sad) and so there were several days of family gatherings where she was out with her family while I took care of Alex. And then today her company has dragged her off to an offsite retreat until tomorrow night, so today and tomorrow it's just me and the lad... He'll survive, but neither of us function very well without Mom around (though he does get to do stuff he's not allowed to otherwise. I'm like that. That's why Alex loves me.) I feel like I've seen Ana 14 seconds all week...
