Hey,

All you manager types out there in San Francisco/Silicon Valley, do I need to show up to my interviews in a suit and tie? I don't think so, but four years in Spain has clouded my brain. (They don't really do business casual here). Just a suit jacket and nice pants? Just an ironed button down and some non-jeans? Shorts and a t-shirt?
